Why Shipping Costs Extra
1) We Want to Get Your Packages to You ASAP
We strive to make our shipping times as accurate as possible to ensure that you receive your package(s) in a timely manner. Many of our customers buy products for time sensitive holidays or events and need to get their orders in as quickly as possible. To meet this demand, we send out packages ASAP, without bundling multiple orders together. By shipping individually, we can process and send out orders faster than scanning for others shipping to the same address.
2) We Have Multiple Shipping Locations
We use a variety of trusted vendors across the U.S. and Europe. Due to this, sometimes there may be an order with multiple items that get produced in separate locations. This means that each product is shipped individually to you, resulting in a higher shipping fee.
3) Everything is POD
At Teespring, virtually everything is print-on-demand. Not only does this eliminate waste, it also allows us to offer our users 0 up-front costs when joining and a higher profit margin per item. Since every item is made to order, each campaign has its own individual print cycle and schedule separate from any others outside of the campaign. Because of this, it would be far too time consuming to bundle orders and could result in misplaced items or delayed packages.
4) Our Shipping Costs Are Lower Than Our Competitors’
Because of our already-low base costs, paying a little extra for shipping still rounds out at significantly lower than our competitors’. Still confused? Consult our other FAQ’s for more information.
RETURNS, REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS & AMENDMENTS
When reaching out regarding an issue with specific product(s), be sure to attach a clear photo of the item(s) in question. This will allow us to provide a quick and easy resolution.
If there is an issue with the order you receive, One of our representatives will be happy to help make things right within 30 days of receiving your order.
CANCELLATIONS AND AMENDMENTS
All of our products are made to order. If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. You can edit your order at any time before it goes to production. Please keep in mind that in some cases, this could be as soon as two hours for Rush shipping, and twelve hours for standard shipping, or once the campaign ends (whichever comes first).
Once your order has gone to production, you may be eligible for a replacement depending on the situation. After receiving your order, you have 30 days to address any concerns you have.

DAMAGED ITEM / LOW QUALITY PRINT
For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed.
We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in future printing.
Please keep in mind, for certain situations, we may ask you to return your item in order to process a resolution for you
